Behind the scenes are a group of people that help Natalie run Watermill Wolves and her pet behaviour consultancy – Naturally Pets Ltd.
THE TWO-LEGGED TEAM
Natalie Lagstrom is owner, head behaviourist and team leader at watermill wolves. She has been passionate about animals her whole life, becoming seriously interested in training and behaviour as a teenager working at a dog rescue. This led her to study animal behaviour at undergraduate degree and master’s level, whilst also setting up her own successful pet behaviour consultancy and behaviour college – Naturally Pets Ltd.
Over the last 25 years, Natalie has helped thousands of people and their pets to enjoy happier lives together. She has written articles, lectured and published research on the subject.
Her first steps in the world of wolf dogs were taken alongside ‘Hunter’, the next wolfie to join the pack was ‘Summer Moon’, and Natalie was able to fulfill a life-long dream to breed her first litter of puppies in 2011.
The pack has continued to grow since then, with wolfies travelling from Europe and America to join the gang, as well as two further litters of puppies in 2017 and 2019.

Bethan specialises in canine and equine behaviour and welfare. She has worked alongside Natalie for nearly two decades, and has recently become ‘mum’ to Watermill Wolves Tintaglia or ‘Aggi’ for short!
Catherine is one of our most experienced acting team handlers and has helped on many of the major acting roles Watermill Wolves have been involved with over the years.
Hannah has always shown great commitment to the Watermill Wolves pack, often travelling away with us for events and acting jobs. She has a great bond with the wolfies and has supported the team for many years.
Vikki is our newest handler, but has quickly established herself as a favourite amongst the wolfies. She owns her own rescue wolf dog ‘Hera’ and is soon to complete her professional trainer qualifications.
Emily Mitchell was initially a student here many years ago, and has gone on to become one of our key Wolfie Handlers. She’s multi-talented: she’s also an amazing animal photographer and head of our ‘wild living’ bushcraft team and has a special interest in wellness therapy.
