The Watermill Wolves are not in fact 100% pure wolves, but are hybrid wolf dogs that have varying amounts of wolf DNA, currently going from around 40% up to just under 80% wolf. They have the great wolf look and many physical characteristics of wolves, but over many generations have been bred to have a temperament much more suited to life as a family pet – and that is exactly what all of our wolf dog’s are to us first and foremost – beloved family pets.

In addition to our nine wolf dog’s our ‘motley crew’ includes a Chinese Crested, a Romanian rescue crossbreed and a few cats! Many of the wolves live in the house with us and love nothing more than cuddling up between us on the bed, but some of them prefer outdoor life and we have a lovely 4.5 acre centre with fields, woodland and a stream for them to play around in.
